Our Leadership

Joey Windfelder

Founder, Head of Operations

Joey started DN Connect in 2018, where he began hosting websites and custom software development. Since then, Joey has gained experience in the education, healthcare, and production industries. While Joey is mostly administrative these days, he enjoys site visits with clients and being hands-on when he can. Joey values the relationship we have with our clients and vendors and focuses on building these.

Allie Garcia

Co-Founder, Head of Business Continuity

Allie joined DN Connect in 2021 and became Co-Founder after our rebrand from Double Negative Media Group. Allie oversees our Human Resources, Legal, and Business Continuity. She loves learning and building relationships. Allie holds an MA in Counseling, an MS in School Psychology, and is currently pursuing her PsyD.

John McConnell

Operations Manager, Foreman

John joined DN Connect in 2025 as a Technician. He quickly worked his way up to Operations Manager, Foreman. John helps plan and manage projects and installations for our clients. John enjoys learning new technology and problem-solving. John is a pivotal member of our leadership team and day-to-day operations.

Our History

Founded in 2018 as Double Negative Media Group (DNMG), our journey began with game servers for local creators and the launch of our first SaaS product, the Data Web Portal. This platform grew to serve schools, organizations, and creative communities, proving our ability to build tools that make life easier. In 2019, we introduced a Partner Program, later evolving into an internship program that brought in local high school and college talent—some of whom remain key team members today. By 2022, we expanded into low voltage cabling, networking, and camera systems, while continuing to support our SaaS and web clients. In 2025, DNMG rebranded to DN Connect, focusing on IT, telecom, and A/V with a guiding principle: Deliver Excellence, Every Time.
